Mr. Rakesh K Jain, the Founder and Chief Managing Partner 52, is a First Class Graduate from Shri Ram College of Commerce and has passed his Intermediate as well as Final examination of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India with merit. Along with Chartered Accountancy, he pursued Masters in Commerce. He has over 25 years of experience in the field of capital market, taxation including international taxation, mergers, acquisitions, audits, software etc. He has been actively involved with capital market and had held various positions at Association of NSE Members of India (ANMI) - an all India association of NSE members. He had been All India President of ANMI during 2003-04. He had also been involved with various committees, including the Secondary Market Advisory Committee set-up by Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI), Direct Taxes Committee of PHD Chamber of Commerce, one of the committees of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India etc. He had edited a chapter on foreign collaboration agreement in the book titled "Mogha's Indian Conveyances". He had been actively involved in writing articles, delivering lectures and been part of delegation to various authorities from various Forums.

Mr.Pradeep Beri, Senior Client Serving Partner 54, with B.Com Honors and FCA as educational and professional qualifications, has domestic expertise in the field of collaboration, Business Valuation, Restructuring, Management Assurance Services and Business advisory services. He has more than 27 years experience and technical skills to effectively deal with the subject matters of diverse range of clients

Mr.Ajay Bhagwani, Partner , 41, FCA, heads the tax advisory division of the firm. He is an expert on cross-border investment; transfer pricing, expatriate taxation, taxation matters related to foreign collaboration and joint ventures. Lucid presentation of complex issues is the key factor behind his success. He also carries wide experience in company law matters, Income tax law, service tax and Foreign exchange management Act.

Mr. Samudar S. Jangir, FCA, 40, Partner. Beside Taxation, Accounts and Audit, He has wide experience in reviewing and analysing existing systems and procedures and setting up appropriate internal control procedure for manufacturing, trading and service companies.

Mrs. Shikha Gupta, Partner, 38, FCA has over 9 years of experience in the area of auditing, financial advisory and investment services. She has expertise in the field of wealth management, risk management, tax planning and other financial services including legal compliances.

Mrs. Bhawna Khanna, Partner incharge of Noida Branch, FCA, has over 5 years of experience in internal audit of companies. Besides, she has expertise in working out system and procedural manuals, their implementation and reviews.

Mr. Manish Jain, 25, ACA has experience in the field of audit of public sector banks as statutory / concurrent / revenue / stock, internal and statutory audit of companies.

Mrs. Sarabjeet Kaur, Company Secretary, 32, FCS, LLB has over 7 years of experience in secretarial and legal matters. Her expertise lies in the area of incorporation of companies, corporate restructuring, statutory compliances under the Companies Act, 1956 and stock exchange regulations.

Mr. Amit Pachisia, 34 , ACA has rich experience in the field of internal and statutory audit of large public limited companies and an in-depth knowledge of financial accounting.
