Along with Chartered Accountancy, he pursued Masters in Commerce. He has over 25 years of experience in the field of capital market, taxation including international taxation, mergers, acquisitions, audits, software etc. He has been actively involved with capital market and had held various positions at Association of NSE Members of India (ANMI) - an all India association of NSE members. He had been All India President of ANMI during 2003-04. He had also been involved with various committees, including the Secondary Market Advisory Committee set-up by Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI), Direct Taxes Committee of PHD Chamber of Commerce, one of the committees of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India etc. He had edited a chapter on foreign collaboration agreement in the book titled "Mogha's Indian Conveyances". He had been actively involved in writing articles, delivering lectures and been part of delegation to various authorities from various Forums.

He has more than 27 years experience and technical skills to effectively deal with the subject matters of diverse range of clients.
