Mr. Rakesh K Jain, the Founder and JSA Mentor , 67, is a First Class Graduate from Shri Ram College of Commerce and has passed his Intermediate as well as Final examination of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India with merit. Along with Chartered Accountancy, he pursued Masters in Commerce. He has over 45 years of experience in the field of capital market, taxation including international taxation, mergers, acquisitions, audits, software etc. He has been actively involved with capital market and had held various positions at Association of NSE Members of India (ANMI) - an all India association of NSE members. He had been All India President of ANMI during 2003-04. He had also been involved with various committees, including the Secondary Market Advisory Committee set-up by Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI), Direct Taxes Committee of PHD Chamber of Commerce, one of the committees of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India etc. He had edited a chapter on foreign collaboration agreement in the book titled "Mogha's Indian Conveyances". He had been actively involved in writing articles, delivering lectures and been part of delegation to various authorities from various Forums.
In the year 2020, he was appointed by Ministry of Corporate Affairs as member of Investor Education and Protection Fund Aauthority by gazette notification dated 8th July,2020.
Mr.Jain is also Trustee of Public Charitable Trust named "Shakuntalam Welfare Trust".This trust has already taken-up the project of Old Age Home which is expected to be functional by mid 2025.
